Pastor Daniel Naberezhnyi is an ordained and licensed minister in the United States. Born in former Soviet Union to a pastor's family, he has been immersed in church life since childhood. His wife, Galina, also comes from a minister's family in Ukraine. At the age of 16, Daniel made a conscious decision to dedicate his life to Jesus and has been serving in churches and Christian organizations ever since.
Education and Early Career
Daniel's academic journey began at the Russian American Christian University in Moscow, where he earned a bachelor's degree in foreign languages. He later pursued studies in public relations, which enabled him to work in public and diplomatic organizations.
Ministry in the United States
In 2013, Pastor Daniel and his family moved to West Palm Beach, Florida. There, he continued his education at Palm Beach Atlantic University and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Concurrently, he completed a two-year Residency Program at Family Church focused on training church planters.
From the outset, the family was committed to ministry. God led them to First Baptist Church of Royal Palm Beach, where Daniel began his ministry in America. He lead classes at the University of Christian life Bible school and was involved in planting a new church in Acreage.
Leadership and Church Planting
Family Church in West Palm Beach invited Pastor Daniel to help organize ministry to Slavic people in South Florida. In 2019, after completing six years of study and earning a Master of Divinity (M.Div) degree with honors, Family Church and local church association directed him to establish a new church in Boca Raton, Florida.
That same year, Pastor Daniel completed the preparation and evaluation process for ministers at the North American Mission Board (NAMB), where he received the highest rating for pastoral ministry suitability.
Refugee Ministry and Community Outreach
Following the outbreak of war between Russia and Ukraine, Pastor Daniel organized a ministry for refugees in South Florida. This initiative includes food distribution, concerts, national events, and assistance to refugees on various issues. Through his efforts, the church became an affiliate of Send Relief and established other partnerships with various organizations and churches.
In 2023, Pastor Daniel established another ministry location in Hollywood, Florida, where he leads Saturday night services and helps refugees. He regularly speaks at various conferences, meetings, and non-profit events. Pastor Daniel also serves on the North American Mission Board's City Team for Palm Beach County, developing local church planting strategies.
